*The above population refers to residents from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan and foreigners living in the 31 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities of China at the reference time of the census and registered for the census, while those shortly staying for business, travel and other purposes were not included.
However, the data of top 10 foreign countries from where most foreigners are from, is not included in the 2020 census. Here is the data from the 6th national census in 2010 for reference.
