In the course of the increasing economic and technological development of China in the last two decades, I am aware there has been increasing number of Nigerians that have migrated into this country. Some have arrived for studies and a large number for business purposes and to undertake jobs. These Nigerians are excellent people that are hardworking, innovative and outstanding in their various fields of endeavors. I believe with NIDO we can form a formidable community together.

My story

I first arrived in china in year 2011 to undertake my doctoral degree program in the field of TCM Pharmacology which I concluded in year 2014. After then I returned a second time to the university as a visiting scholar in the Talented young scholars program from 2017 until 2018. Afterwards I registered a technology consultant company Tianjin Superior Kings Technology Development Co. Ltd here in Tianjin.  

Education

• I studied and received a bachelor’s degree in Botany from University of Jos
• I studied and also received a Master’s degree in Ethnobotany from the University of Lagos
• And lastly I studied and received a Ph.d in TCM Pharmacology from Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
• I also worked with the federal Ministry of Science and Technology, were I reached the position of a Chief Research Officer.
• I have coedited and published eight books on Medicinal plants of Nigeria.
• I have published over 14 scientific Journals and conferences both in locally and internationally
• I am a member of the Botanical Society of Nigeria
• I am a member of the Research group for the identification and authentication of Nigeria Medicinal Plants, where Prof. Maurice Iwu is the president.

My critical objectives

• To create more cooperation among all Nigerian professionals, students and business people that are living in China.
• Create platforms and opportunities to help Nigerian professionals, students and business people living in Nigeria gain access to new technologies, industries and business opportunities in China through the NiDO consults forum.
• Organize Nigerians in China in various professional and business sectors and leverage their investment capacity and direct contributions to Nigeria' s national development.
• To represent the interests and welfare of all Nigerians living in China.

My primary objectives

• Increase social communications within members of the organization

• NIDO China Needs: Focused welfare structure to assist manage medical, social and other special emergencies.

• Develop a handbook on the inventory of foreigner hospitals in China

My secondary objectives

• Organize Nigeria – China business and investment forums

• Organize Nigeria – China educational exchange forums

• Seek investment projects that are favorable to the organization.
