For enterprises: how to invite foreign employees to Shenzhen?

Since the Coronavirus, enterprises are very concerned about "when can our foreign employees enter China" and "what documents should foreign employees and their families provide to return to China?”

Last month, the Chinese foreign affairs office issued the latest guidelines for foreigners to apply for invitation letters to China, providing a more convenient process for foreigners and enterprises in need.

Business license or other registration and approval materials. The business license shall be in the annual report of the previous year.

Basic information on the latest commercial Subject Registration.

The Foreign Affairs Office of Shenzhen Municipality shall have the right to request the inviter to provide relevant materials other than those listed above.

Responsibilities of enterprises

 

 

01

Submit the application to the Foreign Affairs Office of Shenzhen Municipal People's Government;

 

02

Formulate and implement epidemic prevention and control plans for invited foreigners;

 

03

Inform the invitee in advance in written form of the requirements of nucleic acid testing, centralized quarantine, health management and other measures to be taken by Guangdong province and Shenzhen after the invitee enters the country, and the legal liability for non-compliance with epidemic prevention and control measures;

Check the travel history, contact history and health status of the invitee 14 days before departure, and ask him/her to sign the relevant information letter for confirmation;

If the invitee does not enter from Guangdong port, the invitee shall know in advance the epidemic prevention and control policies and measures of the local government of the port of entry, and inform the invitee to strictly abide by them;

In the case of confirmed cases among the invitees, responsible for follow-up, treatment, and management of close contacts;

 

07

The invitee shall submit the cancellation certificate to the Foreign Affairs Office of Shenzhen Municipality after leaving China.
