JD:
Responsible for the construction of non-China training system, the establishment of internal and external trainer database, training material database, test question database and case database;
Responsible for training plan implementation, organize internal and external trainer resources, review courses and implement training;
Responsible for the talent standard system construction of sales and optimizers.
JR:
Bachelor degree or above, proficient in English (or Korean, Russian) and other foreign languages, excellent listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, proficient in office software, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.;
At least 2 years of working experience with extensive training and presentation practice, Internet / new media industry experience is preferred;
Strong learning, logical thinking and critical analysis and copywriting skills;
Strong communication skills, good teamwork spirit, strong sense of responsibility and professional dedication;
Bold to challenge, able to work under pressure, insightful and good at independent thinking;
Those with relevant sales experience are preferred.
