JD:

Responsible for the construction of non-China training system, the establishment of internal and external trainer database, training material database, test question database and case database;
Responsible for training plan implementation, organize internal and external trainer resources, review courses and implement training;
Responsible for the talent standard system construction of sales and optimizers.


JR:

Bachelor degree or above, proficient in English (or Korean, Russian) and other foreign languages, excellent listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, proficient in office software, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.;
At least 2 years of working experience with extensive training and presentation practice, Internet / new media industry experience is preferred;
Strong learning, logical thinking and critical analysis and copywriting skills;
Strong communication skills, good teamwork spirit, strong sense of responsibility and professional dedication;
Bold to challenge, able to work under pressure, insightful and good at independent thinking;
Those with relevant sales experience are preferred.

Responsibilities

Participate in the development of a large-scale recommendation system and machine learning platform;
Participate in the development and iteration of recommendation algorithms.

Minimum Qualifications

Solid programming skills, proficient in C/C++, good programming style and work habits;
Familiar with at least one mainstream deep learning programming framework (TensorFlow/Caffe/MXNet), familiar with its architecture and implementation mechanism;
Familiar with deep learning algorithms (CNN/RNN/LSTM, etc.);
Ability to solve problems independently, good sense of teamwork and communication skills;
Has experience with open sourced deep learning framework.

Preferred qualifications

Familiar with the parallelization of Sparse LR, FFM, and deep models on large-scale data;
Experience in resource management and task scheduling with large scale distributed software (such as Spark and TensorFlow).

Requirements

1. 3 - 5 years’ experience, including multiple years serving in a corporate strategic development role at a top-tier consulting firm, enterprise or internet company.

2. Solid understanding of internet business models, industry trends and management methods.

3. Excellent learning capabilities, sound business judgment and a demonstrated, hypothesis-driven problem-solving orientation with an exceptional ability to create clarity; proven capacity to ascertain the nature of problems as well as the reasonings behind them.

4. Outstanding critical thinking, project management, and communication skills with a top-notch track record of working effectively with remote stakeholders.

5. Comfortable working under demanding deadlines and producing key executive deliverables; superior written and oral communication skills.

6. Strong personal initiative, comfort with ambiguity, and superb adaptability; willing to embrace both challenge and change in a high intensity environment.

7. Experience working in European or Indian markets preferred.

8. Full English fluency essential; advanced Chinese skills an asset.
