Your Responsibilities
Establish or adjust work procedures to meet warehouse demands as dictated by production schedules and workflow. Develop and maintain departmental work instructions for all tasks. Code and prepare proper receipt/dispatch paperwork.
Ensure maintenance of equipment and facilities. Identify and recommends technical equipment and facility improvements as necessary
Optimize warehouse capacity, inventory and floor utilization. Recommend measures to improve quality of service, increasing efficiency of department and work crew and equipment performance.
Supervise and assist in daily warehouse and shipping areas. Ensure stock accuracy through periodic stock take and/or cycle counting.
Motivate, organize and encourage teamwork within the workforce to ensure set productivity and Key Performance Indication (KPI) targets are met.
Maintain standards of health and safety. Ensures quality environmental objectives are met.

Your background
A University degree or high-level technical degree or equivalent.
3 years of experience in warehouse management with SAP experience.
Negotiation skills in a challenging local & regional business environment.
Fluent in English and local language speaker.
Proficient in negotiations.
Good communication skills and execution.

Your Responsibilities
Responsible for achievement of both quantitative and qualitative personal BD and sale’s objectives.
Plan and ensure execution of Business Line/Product Group sales strategy for specific business.
Support the development of strong relationships with key customers. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers. Ensures efficient marketing communications.
Continuously assesses market trends, customers, competitors, industries, applications and country analyses to identify and realize opportunities with existing and potential new customers within the target segment. Feeds back to the Business Line/Product Group on market trends, competitive landscape, market-pricing expectations, channel strategy and local conditions to win.

Your background
Must have bachelor’s or above degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields with background of technology.
Sales and partner development experience not less than 5 years and Experience of FACTS solutions for Series/Shunt compensation is mandatory.
Knowledge of SVC/STATCOM for Electrical Arc Furnace Application, PSP (Pumped Hydro Storage) or SC (Synchronous Condenser) application is a strong plus.
Experience in design institute is welcome.
Fluent in written and verbal English.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications of Excel and Power Point.
Effective presentation skills, strong customer orientation and communication skills.
Good teamwork spirit, strong self-learning sense and willing to take high work pressure, and responsibility to solve the problem, strong result orientation.
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced and changing environment.
Highly motivated, self-driven, proven track record of delivering results.
